The Helvetian Guarantee Institute, in order to facilitate the marketing of its products and services, prepares its forms and contractual documentation also in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

Clients are hereby informed that the data contained in the forms and contractual documentation drafted in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German constitute a simple translation of the data contained in the forms and contractual documentation drafted in Italian, which is the official language of the Canton of Ticino.

Therefore, in the event of any inaccuracies, errors, imprecisions, discrepancies or interpretative difficulties arising from the data contained in the forms and contractual documentation drafted in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German, reference must be made to the corresponding documents drafted in Italian, the official language of the Canton of Ticino, available on the website of the Institute.

It is further specified that, in the event of any conflict, discrepancy or interpretative difficulty, the data contained in the forms and contractual documentation drafted in Italian shall prevail over the data contained in the corresponding documents drafted in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.
